When you book an appointment at Moonbeam, you are agreeing to the following:

Appointments Only. No Walk-Ins.

We’re not a rush-you-in, rush-you-out kind of place. We’re appointment-only so we can give every client our full attention—and our artists the time and space to do their best work. We want to get to know you, not just polish you up and send you out.

Kindness is Non-Negotiable

Abuse toward staff will not be tolerated. If it happens, you’ll be asked to leave immediately and will not be allowed to rebook.

Your Tech Runs Their Own Book

Each tech manages their own schedule, which means availability may vary. The best way to get the times you want? Book ahead at the end of your service. Talented artists are always in demand, and we want you to have consistent access to yours.

Off-Hours Appointments = Upcharge

Need a last-minute or late-night spot? Our techs have a lot of freedom with their schedules—but appointments outside of standard hours are always at their discretion and will include an automatic surcharge. It’s a way to honor their flexibility and time.

Tips

Tips are always appreciated as a way to thank your tech for their time, care, and artistry. We do not process tips through our card system—cash, Venmo, or other direct methods are preferred and go straight to your tech. Thank you for supporting them directly!

We Care Too Much to Compromise

If your nails aren’t healthy enough for service, we may need to decline or reschedule your appointment. We’re here for your long-term nail health, and we won’t put your hands (or your results) at riskeven if you really, really want us to.

Our Cancellation + No-Show Policy

We get it—life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so your tech can offer that time to someone else.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will result in an automatic 50% charge

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost

By booking, you agree to these terms. Our nail techs set aside that time just for you, and we’re serious about protecting their schedules, their talent, and their livelihoods. If we want to attract and retain top-tier artists (and we do), we have to advocate for them. Always.

What We Don’t Do

We’re a specialty manicure studio—and proud of it. That means:

  • No acrylics

  • No dip powder

  • No pedicures

  • No regular polish

Our focus is on structured gel, Gel-X extensions, and nail health. We keep it intentional, elevated, and built to last.

A Note About Little Visitors

While Moonbeam is designed as a space for calm, creativity, and focused care, we also know life doesn’t always come with a sitter.

If you need to bring your child to your appointment, please keep the following in mind:

  • Your hands will need to be free for the entire service—we can’t accommodate multitasking (we wish!).

  • Your child should be able to sit calmly for the full duration of the appointment without disrupting others.

  • Many of our guests see their nail appointment as their one chance to relax, unwind, and escape—we want to protect that experience for everyone.

  • If your little one has trouble enjoying their time at Moonbeam, we may kindly ask that future visits be solo—just so every guest can continue to enjoy their time here.

We're here to take care of you. And sometimes that means giving you permission to take a quiet hour for yourself.

  • We’re all in on Gel-X and Japanese structure gel—modern techniques that skip the damage of acrylic and dip for nails that last and still feel like yours.

  • We don’t do walk-ins. Your appointment is your time—focused, unhurried, and tailored to you.

  • From minimalist chic to full-blown nail art, our techs have the skill and freedom to create. Your nails are your signature—let’s make them unforgettable.

  • No noisy foot baths. No rushed appointments. Just a clean, calm space built for great nails and good conversation.
